After studying innovation management I founded the one-woman-company kreaWERFT, offering training of creativity techniques as well as the moderation of workshops applying these methods for special challenges like product development or strategy design.

As I am convinced that to observe, understand and learn how to meet challenges the “natural” way is the most promising strategy to solve our actual problems I regard it most important to “spread the word”.

That is why I busy myself with collecting and imparting correspondent articles and information.
